Secure Online Voting

Voting online is simple and secure. It will only take a few minutes.

All you need is your postcode and the unique security code which appears on your voting card.

As a mutual friendly society, owned by and run for the sole benefit of members, voting is important.

From every vote made we’ll make a donation to our charity of the year ( £1 for each online vote and 50p for each postal vote).

  • By completing this form you are confirming that you wish to appoint the Chairman of the meeting to act as your proxy and you instruct him to vote as detailed below.

  • If you leave one or more of the resolutions blank the Chairman will vote as he feels appropriate.

    Please note if you abstain from a vote or instruct the Chairman to abstain your vote will not be counted in the calculation of the proportion of votes for or against a resolution.

    If you wish to appoint a proxy, other than the Chairman to vote on your behalf please complete the voting card in your AGM pack and return it to this office.
