I felt the service provided by Jerrol was kind, polite, professional and also timely. He did everything he said he would do I.e. always returning calls or responding to emails right away.
It was so nice to be able to deal with a named person from start to finish, that really is a good customer experience especially at a difficult time when you have just lost a loved one!
