Notify us of a death claim


Many of our historic products are simple life insurance products. Let us know if one of our members has died. Making a claim is simple.


Complete a new Direct Debit mandate


To set up a new Direct Debit simply download, complete, sign and return the mandate below. Remember you’ll need to complete separate Direct Debit mandates for each separate policy that you have.
