When a client you have referred has made an investment we’ll let you know straight away. We will also tell you if they withdraw or cancel the investment.

Your client will get a prompt and personal service from our experienced Membership Team. The Business Development Executive, who is your primary contact, can also be contacted directly by your client if they have any questions.

Over the years we’ve really been able to set ourselves apart from other providers through the service we provide.

Once we’ve received your client’s investment it will be processed by us within 48 hours which means that they’ll generally receive their policy document within a week of making the decision to invest with us.

Introducing, as defined by the FCA, is not a regulated activity so it doesn’t matter if you are regulated by the FCA or not.
We have a mix of introducers working with us, some of whom are FCA regulated and some who aren’t, it doesn’t matter.

The constraints of GDPR and with introducing being a non-regulated activity means we are limited on what personal information we can share with introducers on an ongoing basis.

All of the bonus rates we apply every year to members’ investments are published on our website so you will be able to see how investments are growing. You will also receive details of the bonuses added by newsletter at the time they are decided. We also publish how we are investing members’ money along with regular news and investment market analyses. If you have any questions about what we are doing for members you can ask us.

All commission is paid to introducers as and when an investment is received. So for regular premium ISAs where the member is making a monthly investment you’ll receive a monthly commission based on what they have invested. You will continue to receive this for as long as they continue making investments into the ISA. If they make an additional one off payment into their ISA you’ll get commission on this as well which will be paid to you when we receive it.

Many providers only pay commission on the first year’s investment so we are unusual in paying commission on all contributions.

We make it clear to members that, as a product provider, we don’t offer advice.

We are experts in the products that we provide and can provide lots of information on how our investments can be used, the potential growth, risks and tax implications of investing with Healthy Investment.

On the odd occasion when one of our experienced members of staff believes the member really does need some specialist financial advice we’ll get back in touch we you to suggest that you refer them to a financial adviser.
