Jerrol Ainsworth
With over 10 years’ experience at Healthy Investment Jerrol leads our membership team. He is responsible for ensuring members’ investments are administered professionally and efficiently and that his team is able to deal with enquiries from members and financial advisers knowledgeably.
Jerrol holds the CII Level 3 Certificate in Regulated Financial Services Operations and has recently completed his Institute of Management Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Membership Manager
Khadija Ahmed
Khadija supports our membership and administration teams to ensure that members' enquiries are followed up and dealt with quickly. She is able to answer all our members' questions about our ISAs, Junior ISAs, Investment Bonds and Savings Plans.
Khadija holds the Chartered Insurance Institute's CF1 Certificate in Financial Services Regulation and Ethics and is currently studying for the CII Life Office Administration qualification.
Membership Administrator
Ella Bailey
Ella is an experienced member of our membership team and our claims lead.
She's responsible for ensuring that maturing policies, withdrawals and life insurance claims are processed promptly and that members are able to access their investment when they need to.
Ella liaises with members, financial advisers, executors, trustees and solicitors to ensure everyone is kept up to date as the withdrawals is processed.

Sam Williams
Sam is the first point of contact for financial advisers who recommend our products to their clients.
He has an in-depth knowledge of all our products and is able to help advisers with technical questions.
During his time at Healthy Investment, Sam has attained the CF1 and RO1 Financial Services Regulation and Ethics units and has recently attained the RO5 Financial Protection unit of the Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma.

Business Development Executive
Judy Mellor
Judy is our dedicated Membership Development Coordinator. She is responsible for answering all of our member’s enquiries as well as explaining our savings and investment products to new members. Judy has a deep knowledge of our products and lots of experience of working in customer facing roles.
When she’s not working Judy has a passion for motorbikes.

Membership Development Coordinator
Nathan Tattersall
Nathan is our newest member of our membership team who has joined us as part of the local college's Business Administration Apprenticeship Scheme.
He deals with enquiries from members across all our products and has special responsibility for dealing with Child Trust Funds.
Nathan is able to talk to young people and parents about the choices they have when the Child Trust Fund holder reaches 18.

Ashton Jones
Ashton is currently studying for his Association of Accounting Technician exams through Bury College's Apprenticeship Scheme, as he works towards a career in accountancy.
Ashton deals with all our direct debit and premium payments, as well as supporting the finance team.
When he's not working Ashton is a keen musician and can often be heard playing in local venues.

Holly Peltier
Holly is part of our finance team with responsibility for the purchase ledger, bank reconciliations and the production of management information.
She's a graduate from Nottingham University and currently studying towards being ACCA qualified.
When not working Holly is a keen sportsperson who has competed at county level across a number of different sports.

Bilal Hussain
Bilal is our Management Accountant. After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire with a degree in Accounting and Economics, Bilal has gained a wide range of experience in industry.
Bilal is responsible for the treasury function and investment accounting for our with-profits and unit-linked funds.
He's nearing the completion of his ACCA qualification and well on his way to being Chartered.

Sanjay Mandla
Sanjay is an experienced compliance and anti-money laundering manager. Throughout his career he has worked with a number of financial services firms in senior leadership roles.
As an ethical provider compliance with regulatory rules is a priority and Sanjay's responsibilities include driving continuous improvement to our systems and controls.
Sanjay has lead the Society's Consumer Duty programme.

Compliance Manager
Philip Cust
Phil has been with the Society for 15 years and is a graduate from Sheffield University obtaining a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Financial Management, as well as being CIMA part qualified and busy studying for his final exams.
Phil is responsible for the preparation and submission of all our regulatory returns, monitoring our prudential risks and chairing our Risk Management Team.

Risk and Reporting Manager
Peter Green
Following an early career in banking Peter was Secretary and later Chief Executive of a mutual health insurer before joining the Society as Chief Executive in 2006. He’s responsible for all aspects of the Society including regulatory compliance, making sure our members are treated fairly and our future strategy. He has a Masters Degree in Business Management.
He's a board member of the Association of Financial Mutuals and sits on the PRA's Insurance Practitioners Panel.

Chief Executive
Justine Morrissey
Justine is a qualified actuary with over 25 years' experience of working in the mutual financial services sector.
During the pandemic Justine volunteered with the Faculty and Institute of Actuaries to help life insurers understand the implications of Covid-19.
As well as having responsibility for our finance team Justine works closely with our outsourced investment managers.

Director Finance and Risk
Finn Payton
Finn is a graduate of Lancaster University with first class honours in mathematics, operational research, statistics and economics.
He works closely with our outsourced Chief and With-profits Actuary and is responsible for analysing data, undertaking actuarial calculations and preparing policy valuations for members and financial advisers.
Finn is studying to become a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries.
